All volunteers MUST have background check prior to convention  AMCSI uses  www.certifiedbackgroundcheck.com,

 Each Volunteer pays $15 for the background check. Email bod@amcsupport.org for the code. If you already have a background check that has not expired, please email a copy to us or mail to  AMCSI PO Box 1883 Salyerville, KY 41465

(volunteers just unloading and moving boxes do not need a background check)

ALL volunteers must sign the Volunteer Liability waiver at  LIABILITY FORM or at convention

Tentative schedule, times announced at a later date

1) Unloading supplies from a few vehicles (Aug 2nd, 3rd & 4th)

2) Taking supplies to storage room (Aug 2,3 & 4th)

3) Putting together kids bags (Aug 3rd)

4) Organizing supply room (Aug 3rd)

5) Setting up AMCSI Store (Aug 4th, 5th and 6th)

6) Working AMCSI store (Aug 4th - 6th)

7) Taking down AMCSI Store (Aug 4th 8pm, Aug 5th & Aug 6th)

8) Helping in kids room

9) Setting up "Painting with Theresa" session (date to be announced)

10) Helping in "Painting with Theresa" Session (date to be announced)

11) Tear down/clean up "Painting with Theresa Session (date to be announced)

12) Packing up storage room (6th, 7th)

13) Loading supplies in cars (8th)
